Islam, as a comprehensive religion, encompasses essential teachings that pertain to various aspects of life. The Quran serves as a source of guidance, outlining fundamental principles, while the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) exemplified these teachings through practical application. Consequently, the practicality of Islam in our daily lives is beyond question. The teachings of Islam ensure the creation of a virtuous society, which can be fully realized by adhering to the Sunnah method. One crucial aspect of these teachings emphasizes the importance of entrusting significant responsibilities to capable individuals. This principle arises from the understanding that appointing an irresponsible person to a key position can result in immense harm and chaos. Two primary qualities are essential for any major responsibility: piety and competence. The Quran establishes the path to follow, while the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) implemented these teachings through his actions. His example provides a model for us to establish a righteous society by assigning responsibilities based on individuals' abilities and competencies. By adhering to the teachings of the Quran and following the Seerat, we can create a virtuous society that effectively assigns the right individuals to suitable roles, whether in the public or private sectors, as well as in personal matters.
