Distinction of Islamic family law and its role in the formation of society

The concept of law has has never been disappeared in the the human history. In every age there have been people who made the law, those who followed it, and those who voilated it. Law is basically of two types. It was legislated either by Allah or by man himself. There was also the concept of punishment for those who violated the law in both respects. If crime cannot be eradicated altogether, its commission can be minimized as much as possible. Therefore, law is an indispensable component for the formation and organization of an orderly, dignified and peaceful society. Western environment is being preferred over Islamic culture on the basis of today's materialistic, ostentatious and egoistic approch. And those who adopt it are considered advanced. While the real development and prosperity is only in the shadow of Islam. For this, there is an urgent need to inform the new Muslim generation about the uniqueness, teachings and qualities of the family system of Islam. And that the Islamic family system has such a system in terms of its basis, attributes, rules and manners that the world is unable to present such a beautiful and perfect system. In view of the importance of family issues, many scholars have have written separate books on the subject while some have discussed it partially in their books. But despite the flipping of several books regarding the effects of family issues in the formation of society, no substantial discussion has been seen, so in this article, the distinguishing features of Islamic family law in the formation of society will be described.
