Abstract

This study explores the Islamic perspective on women's right to ownership achieved through education, analyzing its foundations in religious teachings and implications in contemporary social contexts. Islam not only encourages women to seek knowledge but also grants them the right to benefit from their intellectual and professional achievements. Through an examination of Qur’anic verses, Hadiths, and scholarly interpretations, the research highlights how education empowers women economically and socially, allowing them rightful ownership of wealth, property, and status. The study also assesses societal attitudes towards educated women and how these attitudes influence the implementation of their rights. By integrating traditional sources with modern realities, this paper presents a comprehensive understanding of the role of education in securing women’s property rights within an Islamic framework.
