Abstract

The concept of rights and duties in Islam is very clear. According to him, all human beings are equal regardless of color, caste, language and region and their fundamental rights are not only equal but eternal and unchangeable. Historically, if human rights are studied, it is found that as soon as the first man stepped into this world, the basic rights are a part of his consciousness from that day. In contrast to the West, which gives defense and security rights to a citizen compared to the state, from which the individual and the state are seen as mutual parties, Islam not only does not differentiate between the individual and the state, but the rights set by it are part of the constitution, the state Being beyond the power of the legislature and attainable through the judiciary, all without exception have fundamental rights Islam gives equal rights not only to Muslims but also to non-Muslims except for a few principled differences. Respect for humanity, freedom, brotherhood and compassion, justice and tolerance are considered the foundations of Islamic rights. A study of the history from the prophethood to the era of the Rashidah Khilafah shows that the above foundations at the level of the individual and the state. She was not only famous but also strong. The Caliphate-e-Rashida was a government responsible for the welfare of the people regardless of color, race, nationality, and religion, but it also had internationalism.
